It is official – I am a Physical Therapy Drop out.
See why I made the the decision (with lots of fabulous input) and what my plans are to go from Back at Square Zero to marathon running, again.
Using my new plan I will be up to running 3 minutes then walking 3 minutes for 5 sets (30 minutes total) by Sunday. I am still not pain free, but it is quite manageable so I want to add some running in to see how my leg responds.
I’ve never done a run/walk program before – Have you?
What did you think of it? Would love some insight.
Nov. 2 – I am thankful my parents stalked me and moved down to SC a few years ago. It is so wonderful to be able to see them regularly. I feel very blessed. #givethanks
