Ever since November it seems my weekly workout schedule has been a little lacking.
I am supposed to do 6 workouts a week and have one beautifully lazy (insert NetFlix here) rest day. However, I was always end up finding an excuse to skip a workout here or there, so it reality it ended up being 5 workouts a week instead of 6 almost every week. Okay, who am I kidding some weeks it was only 4. I really cannot remember the last time I got all 6 workouts in, but I am sure it was way back in October probably.
However, this week I killed it!
I did every workout exactly like I was supposed to.
The addition of Orange Theory Fitness classes is really helping because I never want to skip those two workouts.
Plus, the new spin bike I just bought, on super sale, gives me no excuse. I mean – it is in my house!
