After my week 10 meeting last week I was so close to reaching the 10 pounds lost at Weight Watchers mark. I needed to lose 0.2 pounds this week to meet that goal. I worked really hard all week, but will admit that I went a bit crazy Tuesday night (Eat ALL the Dessert!) and was worried that binge could cause me to miss my goal.
Woohoo – I lost 0.8 pounds!
Which brings me to a total loss with Weight Watchers Meetings of 10.6 pounds.
After a few weeks of staying the same, or small gains, it is nice to have two losses in a row. While they may not be huge losses, I am very happy with my steady progress. This is the lowest I have weighed since starting Weight Watchers and I cannot wait to continue on this journey.
In case you were wondering I am about 5 pounds away from my goal weight, which is what I normally want to weigh, and about 10 pounds from my “racing weight” which is what I would like to be when I am deep in half/full marathon training.
This weigh in made me very happy. Like jump up and down happy.
