I got an awesome package in the mail today!
I am pleased to announce that I am officially the newest member of Team Chocolate Milk.
I’ll be using low fat chocolate milk to recover and refuel after my long training runs since it has the perfect mix of protein and carbohydrates.
I just wanted to announce it quickly as I am very excited about this, but I will be sure to keep you updated as I train and recover with Chocolate Milk.
