I have been successfully gluten free (no migraines) for over four months now. I get lots of questions about how I remembered what to look for on labels when I started. The truth is I made a cheat sheet that I printed up, stuck in my purse, and carried everywhere. In fact, I still carry it around in my purse, so it is with me at all times.
I wanted to share it with you all here, so that you can have it for your own reference.
(Warning – This is my own cheat sheet and as comprehensive as I felt I needed, but it may not include everything.)
Hope this helps you if you are curious about what being gluten free entails, or if you ever cook a meal for a gluten free friend.
Let me know-
What would be the hardest thing for you to give up if you had to eat gluten free?
