Do I try to eat healthy? Most of the time.
Do I still have a bit of weight to lose? The fact that my marathon weight was 30something percent body fat proves it!
Do I splurge a bit? Probably more than I should.
delicious appetizers of cheese (with gluten free crackers of course) and shrimp cocktail,
Did I eat way too many calories? Yes.
Do I regret it? No!
I had a fabulous holiday, really enjoyed myself, loved the delicious food, and had a wonderful time getting to eat it along with everyone else instead of having to make myself special healthy plates.
I am not perfect, I don’t claim to be, and the truth is that I am happier making slow progress while allowing myself to splurge a bit.
