Things are not perfect, but I am being smart and listening to my body and I think that is the best thing for me as I make my way through my training.
Also, a big shout out to Mizuno who are amazing, as always, and sent me new trail shoes (Wave Ascends) for my first trail race ever. I am running the Dirt Dash Half Marathon this weekend.
