After two rough marathon training weeks, out of town one and sick the other – I am finally back on track. I killed 5 workouts this week and, while I was upset I missed one, I am happy with what I accomplished. My biggest moment this week…
I am happy to see that I am slowly improving as I learn how to treat and manage this injury.
I was so proud of my last long run because I cut all 10 miles sub11 at 10:51.
BOOM, 12 miles at 10:21, huge time improvement and 2 miles further, feeling like a Rockstar.
Not where I used to be, but slowly getting closer.
