After a few months off post Country Music Marathon my leg is okay. It is still not 100% and bothers me some, but I am seeing a sports chiro. I am also really praying it stays like this, which I can run through, and doesn’t get worse.
Two weeks ago I was on vacation and only got a bit of my running done and last week a disgusting cold kicked my butt and it just was not happening. Even though I still have a bit of the cold I am hoping to take it slow and get back on track for marathon training week 7.
