1. It Sucks.
2. If it helps this injury, which I’ve been fighting for 18 months, it will be worth it.
3. Glute activation? I know my butt is flat, but malfunctioned too, seriously!
4. I MUST start Marine Corp Marathon training July 1. What happens when I try to jump right back in after not running for 8 or 9 weeks?
5. Dang it I miss my weekend long runs and had totally planned to keep my mileage base up.
6. I should rename my blog pronto. No more BackatSquareZero. (But I won’t because it horridly seems to fit, and I’m too lazy.)
P.S.- At least my shirt isn’t on backwards or inside out like the last vlog. Failure.
