Lately I have been thinking a lot about my return to exercise, about how I am finally back up and running again, and about what my goals are for the new year. I will admit I am taking it very slowly and actually listening to my body as I return. (Crazy right?!?)
However, after dropping/deferring my last 5 races I cannot help thinking about my comeback.
How I plan to comeback faster, stronger, smarter…BETTER.
Then it hit me- I am not just coming back, I am coming better!
