This recovery/getting healthy sure is one slow, boring, process. My post injury running plan and I are in a fight! However, I am trying to be smart and take it nice and (way too) easy even though it is driving me insane.
I want to run! Now!
However, hopefully this string of injuries will actually teach me something, like how to be a more patient, logical runner. (Fingers crossed. I am stubborn and learn lessons the hard way.)
FYI – I almost deleted this since I basically call myself stupid and then try to convince you I am not (which makes me seem even more idiotic). However, I figured I’d let you see even more of the real, ridiculous, me.
