Today check out my guest post on Sarah’s page, Mom Running on Empty, to see how I finally learned a bit about eating healthy. Okay that didn’t sound excited enough… I didn’t exercise for 2 months and did not gain a single pound. I dominated! Boom baby! (Really excited, old me would be buying new bigger clothes and weighing 15 pounds more.)
The best thing is I did it all using moderation and not starvation, who are we kidding I love food too much and this meant I still got to eat my favorite sweets.
How do you stay on track when an injury derails you? I can always use more tips.
Nov. 9 – Today I am grateful for weekends. After a long work week we all need time to relax, decompress,… Oh who am I kidding, I need time to get everything done I didn’t have time to do during the week. God bless weekends! #givethanks
