The main idea of my vlog, without my awesomeness ridiculousness, for those of you who are illegally stalking blogs at work and can’t have sound- Do I continue PT?
I have been off running for almost two months now and have been going to PT twice a week for over a month, 6 weeks to be exact. At first I thought it was very beneficial, but now I am not really getting any treatments or learning anything new. I just go in, walk on the treadmill for a bit, and then they watch me do my stretches. The same stretches I am doing at home every night. (Look at me doing my homework.) I feel like I am paying someone just to watch me and with such a tight budget I don’t know if this is the best use of my money.
Should I still go to PT? Twice a week still? Once a week? Less than that? Only as needed? Help!
I do plan on still continuing my stretches/exercises every night at home and easing back into running very slowly, I am just now up to walking.
